🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing direct sales agents.
- Train agents on MOGO products and lead submission processes.
- Ensure agents have necessary tools (e.g. flyers, business cards).
- Monitor and motivate agents through sales competitions and relationship-building.
- Act as main point of contact for agent queries and escalations.
- Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect and convert quality field leads.
- Onboard and train new institutions on Checkoff Loan applications.
- Align marketing messages with product champions and team members.
- Track market trends and competitor behavior to guide strategy.
🎓 Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Economics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in checkoff loans, sales, or business development.
- Field sales experience and understanding of payroll deduction systems.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proficient in setting and monitoring sales targets.
