IN5 Architects, a design collective that promotes innovation in architecture, interior design, planning, graphics, and product design, is opening a new branch in Kisumu. They are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administration.
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team.
- Manage communications, invoicing, and collections.
- Schedule meetings and organize office activities.
- Maintain and manage office equipment and supplies.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources preferred.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in office administration or management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience managing office equipment and supplies.
