Territory Sales Development Executive – Kisumu/Nyanza Region
About the Job:
Brites Management is seeking a Territory Sales Development Executive to drive business growth in the energy and lubricants sector. The successful candidate will manage sales strategy, client acquisition, account management, and market intelligence while representing the company across Kisumu/Nyanza region and beyond.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Territory Sales Development: Analyze market dynamics, build territory plans, adapt strategies.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and engage prospects, conduct sales discussions, close deals.
- Key Account Management: Maintain relationships, handle escalations, upsell and cross-sell.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Deliver sales targets, manage pipeline, forecast revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, share insights, report risks and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and finance for smooth order fulfillment.
- Reporting: Update CRM, submit reports, present performance reviews.
- Regional Brand Representation: Attend trade fairs, events, and client meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven territory sales experience in energy & lubricants sector.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel across Nyanza/Kisumu region and relocate if required.
