The Role
We are seeking creative and energetic Chefs (Chef de Partie & Commis Chef) to help build our kitchen from the ground up. You will prepare high-quality menu items, maintain food safety standards, manage inventory, and contribute new menu ideas in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage a specific kitchen station efficiently and cleanly.
- Ensure timely food preparation during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP principles).
- Receive and check inventory deliveries; monitor stock levels.
- Contribute ideas for new menu items and specials.
- Assist with kitchen opening and closing procedures.
Who You Are
- Chef de Partie: Culinary diploma, 2-3 years experience in professional kitchens, knowledge of cooking techniques, international cuisines, and food safety standards.
- Commis Chef (Entry Level): Culinary school graduate or 1-year kitchen experience, eagerness to learn, basic knife and food prep skills, team player with positive attitude.
