About Us:

CureCervicalCancer (CCC) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit and registered NGO in Kenya dedicated to the early detection and prevention of cervical cancer. Since 2012, CCC has screened over 200,000 women and trained hundreds of healthcare workers across 10 countries. We are scaling an innovative HPV testing and treatment model in Kenya through mobile outreach, digital tools, and partnerships with county and national health systems.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analytics

  • Oversee end-to-end data systems including configuration and troubleshooting of CommCare.
  • Manage and refine dashboards (Tableau) for program monitoring and decision-making.
  • Conduct data cleaning, analysis, and visualization for program improvements.
  • Train and support field teams on digital data protocols.

Research & Evaluation

  • Design and manage implementation research studies with CCC leadership and partners.
  • Lead data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensure ethical compliance.
  • Draft reports, briefs, and manuscripts for dissemination.
  • Monitor research timelines and quality assurance processes.

Collaboration & Strategic Input

  • Work with program and operations teams to align data and research priorities.
  • Liaise with MOH, academic institutions, and partners on data-sharing.
  • Support proposal writing, MEL frameworks, and donor reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Legally authorized to work in Kenya; based in or willing to relocate to Kisumu.
  • Bachelor’s in public health, epidemiology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years in data systems, digital health, and research implementation.
  • Proficiency with CommCare, Medic, DHIS2, ODK, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel, plus STATA, R, or Python skills.
  • Strong knowledge of research ethics and approvals in Kenya.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in cervical cancer, reproductive health, or community-based programs.
  • Familiarity with county health systems.
  • SQL/database management and API integrations.
  • GIS/spatial analysis skills.
