Roles & Responsibilities
- Compiling and maintaining cash transactions, records, and reports.
- Assisting in the daily and monthly cash reconciliation process.
- Branch till management and reconciliation.
- Banking and allocation of receipts.
- Petty cash management and office equipment maintenance.
- Managing utilities bills (water, electricity, telephone) and facility cleanliness.
- Messenger coordination, documentation and records management.
- Ensuring branch operations adhere to internal controls.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and reconciling sales to banking.
- Credit control and handling creditor account enquiries.
- Processing, printing, and dispatching invoices.
- Ensuring official communication reaches all relevant members of the branch.
- Sales support — assisting field sales with order processing and deliveries.
