Role Purpose
The role holder will distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve the customers introduced to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life
- Prospect in the market to present Jubilee products to prospective customers
- Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company
- Service the client and convey all information received from the client to the Company
- Uphold the image and brand of the Company
- Achieve new business sales budget in terms of Number of Policies, Annualized Premiums, and premiums written
- Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management
- Comply with industry code of conduct plus all Company regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Education: Graduate/Diploma/Certificate Holder
- KCSE: Minimum Grade C- (Minus)
- Skills: IT and Digital skills
- Personal Attributes: Self-driven, positive attitude, disciplined and a go-getter
