Motorized Technical Service Technician Job - M-Gas Kisumu

Job Summary
The Motorized Technical Service Technician plays a key role in supporting the organization's customer service and sales goals. This role requires a customer-focused approach, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction in LPG gas delivery and smart meter services.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign up new customers and ensure timely delivery of LPG cylinders
- Provide technical support for installation, use, and maintenance of smart meters
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively
- Train customers on proper use of smart meters and safety precautions
- Retain current customers while onboarding new ones through Smart Sale App
- Verify customer identification and documentation
- Manage delivery process and route adherence for operations optimization
- Maintain customer accounts and provide feedback on competitor activities
- Ensure safe keeping of company resources (phones, PPEs, merchandise)
- Handle cylinder replenishment and battery exchanges at customer premises
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any sales or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer acquisition & support
- At least 1 year riding experience (Boda Boda/Motorcycle)
- Valid A2 Driving Licence with appropriate NTSA Stamps
