Job Summary
The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. The position involves signing up new customers for LPG gas services, onboarding them through proper vetting and training on smart meter usage, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
📋 Customer Acquisition & Onboarding
- Sign up and enroll new customers for LPG gas services
- Verify customer identification and documentation
- Train customers on smart meter usage and safety procedures
- Guide customers through contract terms before installation
🔧 Technical & Installation Support
- Perform customer installations and equipment setup
- Handle battery changes and cylinder replacements
- Ensure proper kitchen ventilation and safety compliance
- Provide technical support for smart meter operations
📞 Customer Service & Support
- Resolve customer complaints and delivery concerns
- Provide honest feedback to operations team
- Maintain effective communication with customers
- Escalate issues to appropriate departments when needed
🚚 Delivery & Operations Management
- Manage delivery process using company technology
- Optimize routes for efficient operations
- Handle timely replenishment of LPG cylinders
- Maintain customer accounts and sales volumes
🛡️ Resource Management
- Safeguard company resources (phones, PPEs, merchandise)
- Maintain LPG cylinders and vehicle accessories
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Ensure proper handling of all company assets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any sales or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer acquisition & support
