Job Overview: Mortgage Lead Generators
Location: Kisumu & Coast Regions
Department: Retail Banking
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert qualified mortgage and retail banking leads
- Conduct direct sales and cross-selling of retail banking products
- Explain product features and campaign offerings to customers
- Complete account opening and loan application documentation accurately
- Perform financial analysis and statement reviews for loan applications
- Manage customer queries and complaints professionally
- Escalate unresolved issues in line with service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal risk controls
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports
- Participate in team knowledge sharing and development activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Further Education and Training Certificate in Business, Commerce, or Management
- Experience in direct sales or financial services (advantage)
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets in a structured environment
- Working knowledge of retail banking compliance requirements
- Proficiency in KYC and AML procedures
