We are seeking a diligent and organized Admin Specialist to join our team in Kisumu. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily administrative operations, focusing on expense processing, supply chain management, and detailed financial tracking. Key Responsibilities
- Process daily departmental expense reimbursements via the OA system and track payment progress to ensure timely settlements.
- Manage administrative supplies comprehensively, including procurement, reception, storage, issuance, and maintaining accurate ledger records.
- Ensure all supply-related operations are meticulously documented and stored, whether paper-based or system-based.
- Track and analyze various expenses, preparing reports that include bidding categories and shared expense allocations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows operating systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule.
