🎯 Position Summary
The People & Culture Officer will lead our human resource strategy, staff development, organizational culture, and performance management systems. This role ensures G-FARM builds a strong, values-driven, and high-performing team aligned with our mission and vision.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies
- Manage employee relations and performance appraisals
- Strengthen organizational culture and team engagement
- Coordinate training and capacity-building programs
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws
- Support leadership in strategic workforce planning
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years' experience in HR or People Management
- Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in startup, agribusiness, or social enterprise is an added advantage
