🎯 Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing and guiding the sales team
- Ensuring daily and weekly sales targets are met
- Handling customer follow-ups and closing deals
- Running and managing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram)
- Posting content, replying to DMs & turning followers into customers
- Helping plan marketing ideas and promotions

- Is confident, smart, and speaks good English & Kiswahili
- Can lead a team and command respect
- Understands Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp Business
- Is organized, responsible, and result-oriented
- Has sales or marketing experience (added advantage)
- Lives in or near Kisumu and can work from the office daily
