Job Overview: Sales Executive
Location: Kisumu, Kenya
Position: Sales Executive - Mahindra
Industry: Automotive Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and generate new business
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with new and existing businesses
- Meet profit targets and ensure sustainable growth
- Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service delivery
- Manage and maintain prospects throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure all procedures and documentation pertaining to sales are duly completed
- Maintain awareness of local market competition conditions and industry trends
- Visit prospects for unit sales and demonstrations
- Answer all phone calls and provide information as per company policy/procedure
- Track prospect feedback and follow up after visits to Simba Corp
- Monitor competition through phone calls and regular visits
- Communicate with prospects in person, over phone, and in writing about available units, services, and lease terms
- Assist with composition of newspaper advertisements
- Compile and update listings of prospects
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive industry
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of automotive products and market trends
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
