About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Green Body Experimenter to join our Technology Department. This role focuses on material testing, analysis, and supporting continuous improvement of production quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing of raw materials to ensure quality and suitability for production
- Develop and improve material formulations for better product performance
- Prepare samples and carry out laboratory tests in line with established standards
- Accurately record, analyze, and report test results
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance efficiency and output
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science or any other related field
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or material testing environment
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn
- Good teamwork and communication skills
