1. Ward-Based Voter Educator (WBE)
Role Summary: Ward-Based Voter Educators are responsible for civic and voter education at the ward level.
Key Duties:
- Conduct voter education forums and outreach
- Educate citizens on electoral processes and voting procedures
- Support public awareness campaigns
- Submit reports on voter education activities
2. Constituency Voter Educator (CVE)
Role Summary: Coordinate voter education activities at constituency level.
Key Duties:
- Oversee ward voter educators
- Plan and coordinate voter education activities
- Prepare and submit constituency reports
- Support IEBC civic engagement initiatives
3. Presiding Officer (PO) & Deputy Presiding Officer (DPO)
Role Summary: Manage polling stations during elections or by-elections.
Key Duties:
- Oversee polling station operations
- Manage polling staff and voting materials
- Ensure voting procedures are followed correctly
- Compile and submit polling station results
4. Support Electoral Trainers (SET)
Role Summary: Provide training to election officials and temporary staff.
Key Duties:
- Train presiding officers and polling staff
- Assist in developing training materials
- Support capacity building for electoral operations
5. Polling / Counting Clerks
Role Summary: Support voting and vote counting at polling stations.
Key Duties:
- Assist voters during polling
