Job Description
Alexon Group Limited is seeking a Finance & Admin Officer to support daily financial operations, record keeping, and administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and overall financial management
- Manage payroll, cash flow, and reconciliations
- Prepare and present financial reports and budgets
- Ensure statutory compliance, tax filings, and audit coordination
- Develop and enforce financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Supervise finance and administrative functions and staff
- Support procurement, vendor management, and office administration
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA (K) – Part III or equivalent professional qualification
- 5 years' experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong financial management, reporting, and compliance expertise
- Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- High integrity with strong attention to detail
