Technology leaders have called for the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline operations and reduce costs across the continent.
Speaking at the sixth edition of Africa’s Annual Customer Experience (CX) Conference held in Kisumu, delegates from various tech firms emphasized the role of conversational AI in transforming customer experience, helping businesses remain competitive, expand their customer base, and drive sustainable growth.
Among the leading innovators showcased at the event was Infobip, a global cloud communications platform, which partnered with Belva Digital to highlight the potential of AI-driven solutions.
“Today’s customers are no longer satisfied with generic responses or delayed service,” said George Muhia, Head of Enterprise Business for East Africa at Infobip, underscoring the need for businesses to adopt AI to meet rising customer expectations.
