In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute a brand’s online presence across various social media platforms and content channels. You will also focus on creating engaging content, building audience engagement, and driving brand awareness and business objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends, and leveraging social media dynamics to tailor the digital conversation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms
  • Analyze data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI
  • Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content
  • Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the company’s network and target new followers

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Strong client relationship and project management ability.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Suite, and similar scheduling platforms.
  • Data-savvy with experience developing performance dashboards.
  • Comfortable working with creative teams and reporting to senior leadership.
  • A background in consumer psychology, user experience, data analysis or advanced certifications on digital platforms is a plus.
