Customer Service officer (Remote)


About the job

The ideal candidate loves working with people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for assisting customers to leverage business opportunities in the platform. Training will be provided for qualified individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with profile account set-up via phone, email and chat
  • Assist customers with learning how to use the platform via phone, email and chat
  • Basic knowledge of social media, crypto currency and digital wallets
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about platform functionality & advertising
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various CRM platforms


  • Qualifications
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Basic understanding of Web 3.0, blockchain and how to use AI
  • Proficient in English
