Job Summary
We are looking for a person with a certificate or Diploma to follow up on individuals or businesses to collect overdue payments on accounts, negotiating for payment plans including field visits, resolving customer disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Description/Requirements
- For in-house agents must come from Nairobi Eastlands Region.
- For field agents, applications from any region accepted. Motorbike driving skills will be an advantage (must indicate the region).
- Any certificate holder from a recognized higher institution will be considered.
- Previous experience in debt collection, customer service or a related field will be an added advantage (We shall offer training where necessary).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- General knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and a quick learner
Remuneration package
Retainer of KES 10,000 up to 100% of target and a commission for any collections above target.
