We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shop Attendant. As a Shop Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about products and help customers with their inquiries.
- Sales Support: Aid customers in finding products, offer suggestions, and promote special promotions. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stocking and Merchandising: Maintain a well-organized and clean store environment. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure that products are properly labeled.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products and services offered in the store. Be able to communicate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and provide correct change. Follow proper cash-handling procedures to ensure the security of financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
