Responsibilities
I. Welcome guests at the reception and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.II. Handle reservation updates, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
III. Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and nearby attractions.
IV. Assist in billing and payment transactions.
V. Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate to the Duty Manager.
VI. Maintain guest profiles and ensure all records are up to date.
VII. Handle room keys and follow security procedures for guest privacy.
VIII. Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering on room readiness.
