 Responsibilities

I. Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including bathrooms, windows, and floors.
II. Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, linen, towels, and minibar items.
III. Maintain guest room cleanliness according to housekeeping standards.
IV. Report any damage, malfunctioning items, or lost property to supervisors.
V. Ensure carts are stocked and organized before and after shifts.
VI. Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene and safety regulations.
VII. Greet guests politely and assist with room-related inquiries when required.
VIII. Follow turn-down service protocols during evening hours where applicable.
