Regional Parts Sales Representative
Purpose:
As a key member of the Parts Sales & Operations Team, the job holder’s purpose is to drive business growth through aggressive customer acquisition & retention. He/she will work to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and develop both new and existing business contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and present to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain existing accounts and establish new dealerships.
- Plan daily/weekly/monthly sales outlet visits.
- Showcase products and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, technical & logistics teams.
- Execute sales strategies and achieve branch/individual targets.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and provide insights.
- Educate customers on genuine spare parts.
- Oversee account and credit management.
- Submit regular sales activity reports and market analysis.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
