Regional Parts Sales Representative

Purpose:
As a key member of the Parts Sales & Operations Team, the job holder’s purpose is to drive business growth through aggressive customer acquisition & retention. He/she will work to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and develop both new and existing business contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and present to existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain existing accounts and establish new dealerships.
  • Plan daily/weekly/monthly sales outlet visits.
  • Showcase products and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, technical & logistics teams.
  • Execute sales strategies and achieve branch/individual targets.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and provide insights.
  • Educate customers on genuine spare parts.
  • Oversee account and credit management.
  • Submit regular sales activity reports and market analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
