Retail Officer – Kisumu
Bank of Africa - Kenya Limited (BOA-KENYA) is a commercial bank offering services to corporate, SME, and retail customers.
Responsibilities Summary
- Manage a portfolio of retail customers – focusing on product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offerings.
- Proactively manage and review credit applications to reduce the risk of non-performing assets (NPA).
- Participate in marketing activities within the business areas to maximize growth.
- Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention aligned with the Bank's strategy.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of the local banking industry, products, services, and regulations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proficiency in marketing and selling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
- Effective communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- High integrity, professionalism, results-driven, and proactive approach.
