Baraza HCM: hcm.co.ke is a comprehensive Human Resource and talent management Software Solution encompassing not only traditional core human resource functions but also incorporates key aspects of talent management among other features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Come up with a clear strategy of generating prospects and leads
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Organize a clear list of all prospects clustered into different market segments
- Feed the prospect list, pipelines, leads activities and status on our CRM
- Follow up leads on customers and ensure prompt feedback on calls, emails and visits
- Carry out cold-calling to create interest in products and services
- Write clear communication emails to prospects and leads
- Generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- Convert leads to actual business with strategies
- Work with the pre-sales team to do demos to leads and prospects
- Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy follow-ups
- Research, analyze sales options and develop effective sales plans using methodology
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain links with existing customers and promote additional products
- Organize and prioritize daily/weekly goals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in software/technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proactive, aggressive, and result-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, capable of independent/team work
