Job Summary

The waiter/waitress will be required to perform the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Have thorough knowledge of all menu items to recommend combinations
• Provide excellent customer service as the primary restaurant representative
• Ensure all tableware is clean and properly presented
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Confirm orders meet restaurant service standards
• Follow up on orders and inform guests of any delays
• Prepare tables with proper settings and condiments
• Maintain clean dining areas during service
• Check guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Process payments correctly and thank guests
• Maintain health, safety and grooming standards
• Stay updated on menu changes and promotions

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
• 0-3 years experience in hospitality
• Excellent English communication skills
• Impeccable personal hygiene and grooming
• Customer-focused with energetic personality
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods
