Job Overview

Our client in the cosmetics sales industry is looking to hire a proactive and efficient Customer Service Executive to manage first-line customer interactions across various platforms. This includes inbound phone calls, WhatsApp, email, live chat, social media, and more.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, SMS, calls, email, and social media promptly.
  • Take customer orders across digital platforms and record accurately.
  • Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a daily sales pipeline of enquiries and purchases.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them promptly.
  • Observe proper telephone etiquette and maintain service standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing
