Job Overview
Our client in the cosmetics sales industry is looking to hire a proactive and efficient Customer Service Executive to manage first-line customer interactions across various platforms. This includes inbound phone calls, WhatsApp, email, live chat, social media, and more.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, SMS, calls, email, and social media promptly.
- Take customer orders across digital platforms and record accurately.
- Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a daily sales pipeline of enquiries and purchases.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them promptly.
- Observe proper telephone etiquette and maintain service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or call centre role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
