The Front Office Customer Service Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients, patients, and visitors. This role ensures a professional, efficient experience while supporting sales and operations in order processing, appointment scheduling, and product inquiries for orthopedic and rehabilitation solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, or Business Admin.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or medical equipment.
- Familiar with CRM systems and client relationship management.
