Housekeeping Supervisor - Kisumu
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards
- Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role (3 years preferred)
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to manage a team and handle scheduling
