🗂️ Warehouse Office Assistant – Kisumu
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Office Assistant to support both administrative and operational tasks in our busy Kisumu warehouse. This hybrid role combines clerical work with light coordination between office and warehouse teams. Ideal for a self-starter with basic computer skills and strong organization.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
📑 Administrative Support:
- Process orders, invoices, and shipping documents
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and shipments
- Answer phone calls and emails; assist with queries
- Perform data entry, filing, and basic reporting
📦 Warehouse Coordination:
- Coordinate communication between warehouse staff and suppliers/customers
- Schedule and track deliveries
- Print and distribute pick/pack lists
- Assist with cycle counts and stock audits
🧾 General Duties:
- Maintain office and warehouse supplies
- Follow safety and compliance procedures
- Support supervisors with special projects and daily operations
✅ Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication in English & Swahili
- Experience with inventory/WMS software (an added advantage)
- Willingness to occasionally assist with warehouse tasks (e.g., checking deliveries)
🕒 Working Conditions:
- Hybrid role – primarily office-based with warehouse exposure
- Standard business hours; may vary for part-time or casual work
Note: Ideal for someone seeking variety between admin and light logistics tasks. Training will be provided where necessary.
