About the Role
Love helping people and solving problems? TalentPop App is hiring a Customer Experience-Focused Online Order Support Virtual Assistant to support some of the fastest-growing E-commerce brands. If you’re warm, detail-oriented, and reliable — this is the role for you!
You'll be the helpful voice behind the screen, ensuring customers have a seamless order experience through phone, email, live chat, or SMS.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Chatting with customers via phone, email, SMS, or live chat.
- Helping with orders, product queries, returns, and tracking.
- Offering friendly, brand-aligned, and personalized responses.
- Documenting feedback and frequently asked questions.
- Sharing customer insights with the internal team.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- 1+ year experience in customer support, VA work, or E-commerce.
- Clear, warm written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias (bonus).
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- A quiet, reliable home workspace and fast internet.
