Receptionist – New Hotel Opening in Milimani, Kisumu
Our client is opening a hotel in Milimani, Kisumu and is seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for hotel guests. The receptionist will manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Maintain records and process payments accurately.
- Provide information and assistance to guests.
- Ensure front office is clean and organized.
- Handle complaints or concerns with patience and discretion.
Requirements
- Friendly and well-groomed.
- Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Team player with a helpful attitude.
- Certificate in front office or customer service is a plus, not mandatory.
