Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
- Assist with presentation preparation and executive communication.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and travel logistics.
- Track action points and handle executive documentation efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems and uphold confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work under pressure.
