Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Assist with presentation preparation and executive communication.
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings and travel logistics.
  • Track action points and handle executive documentation efficiently.
  • Maintain filing systems and uphold confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work under pressure.
