Job Summary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations with 1-year experience in customer support, OR
- Higher National Diploma in the same fields with 2 years’ experience in Grade 7 at MKU or a similar institution.
- Computer literacy is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries and direct clients appropriately.
- Receive internal and external calls, give timely feedback.
- Respond to social media queries.
- Assist in student admissions and file opening.
- Participate in field recruitment and reporting follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
