Job Summary
HFC Limited, the banking and property finance subsidiary of HF Group, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service Officer to support our growth strategy. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely resolution of queries and service delivery.
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage queues to ensure prompt customer service.
- Provide quick resolutions or escalate queries to retain customers.
- Collect customer feedback to assess service delivery.
- Issue ATM cards and cheque books safely and efficiently.
- Ensure availability of brochures and marketing materials in the banking hall.
Key Competencies and Skills
- Technical: Communication skills, IT skills, product knowledge.
- General: Interpersonal skills, teamwork, empathy, emotional control, professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of banking experience.
