Job Responsibilities

  • Handle online customer support for the full order process (pre-sales, sales, after-sales).

  • Achieve monthly performance targets as set by the team.
  • Monitor market and industry trends, identify problems, and suggest product improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above; experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts (24/7 operation, office-based).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, patient, and analytical in solving real-time issues.
