Online Customer Support Representative - Kisumu
Job Responsibilities
- Handle online customer support for the full order process (pre-sales, sales, after-sales).
- Resolve user queries, disputes, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular communication with key customers and verify accounts as needed.
- Achieve monthly performance targets as set by the team.
- Monitor market and industry trends, identify problems, and suggest product improvements.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above; experience in customer service is a plus.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts (24/7 operation, office-based).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, patient, and analytical in solving real-time issues.
