📋 Job Summary

The Executive Chef will take full charge of the kitchen, leading the team in planning and executing high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include food costing, inventory, hygiene compliance, staff training, and coordination with the F&B department.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Supervise the entire kitchen team and maintain high food preparation standards.
  • Monitor food costs and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
  • Ensure strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
  • Mentor, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and F&B teams to enhance guest satisfaction.

✅ Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
