Medprime College is seeking a qualified and dedicated Front Office Manager to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting student enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day front office operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
  • Manage inquiries, walk-ins, and telephone communication professionally and promptly.
  • Support the student admissions and registration process.
  • Handle administrative duties and ensure proper office documentation and filing.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless front office experience.
  • Ensure the front office is tidy, welcoming, and operating efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Fluency in both English and Kiswahili, written and spoken.
