Job Vacancy: HR Assistant – Newark Frontiers, Kisumu
Newark Frontiers is looking for a proactive and professional HR Assistant to join our team in Kisumu. This role focuses on employee relations, attendance management, policy compliance, onboarding, and exit processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance records
- Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling
- Assist in onboarding and exit interviews
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Maintain high levels of employee engagement and support
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, especially in employee relations
- Solid knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism
