Job Vacancy: HR Assistant – Newark Frontiers, Kisumu

Newark Frontiers is looking for a proactive and professional HR Assistant to join our team in Kisumu. This role focuses on employee relations, attendance management, policy compliance, onboarding, and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee attendance records
  • Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling
  • Assist in onboarding and exit interviews
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement and support

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, especially in employee relations
  • Solid knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism
