Job Purpose
Ensure the assigned machine runs optimally in terms of quality and quantity in a safe environment. Work collaboratively to meet KWAL and Heineken goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machine safely and efficiently.
- Conduct changeovers for SKUs/products.
- Prepare tools, report downtimes, and ensure product quality.
- Perform machine setting adjustments to reduce waste.
- Monitor compliance with CCPs and quality standards (ISO 9001, 22000/HACCP).
- Liaise with maintenance for service and perform autonomous maintenance.
- Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering
- No prior experience required
