🗂️ Office Assistant – Beach Hotel (Deadline:15/07/25)
We’re looking for a friendly and organized Office Assistant to join our beach hotel administration team in Kisumu. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of clerical and guest-facing tasks in a beautiful lakefront environment.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support- Answer phone calls and greet guests at the front desk
- Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Assist with filing, typing, and data entry
- Support other hotel departments with admin tasks
- Prepare basic reports and meeting schedules
- Help manage internal communications
- Support guest inquiries when front office is busy
- Keep lobby area clean and organized
- Assist with take-away or event coordination as needed
- Post notices and staff memos
- Help coordinate tasks between departments
✅ Requirements:
Essential- Relevant qualification/Experience
- Basic computer knowledge – Microsoft Word, Excel, Email
- Excellent communication in English and Swahili
- Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills
- Certificate in Business Administration
- Experience using office equipment (printer, scanner)
- 6+ months experience in a hospitality/office setting
