TalentPop supports over 600 fast-growing E-commerce brands like Core Power Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Jaxxon by providing world-class customer support solutions. We are looking for ambitious and skilled Customer Service Agents to join our fully remote team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails, live chat, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Represent client brands with accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate via Zoom, Slack, and Email regularly with clients and teams.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (online or in-person).
- Reliable internet (15Mbps upload/download minimum) and backup ISP.
- Working PC (no tablets/phones); Core i3 or better, 8GB RAM minimum.
- Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely without supervision.
