Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails, live chat, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Represent client brands with accuracy and integrity.
  • Communicate via Zoom, Slack, and Email regularly with clients and teams.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (online or in-person).
  • Reliable internet (15Mbps upload/download minimum) and backup ISP.
  • Working PC (no tablets/phones); Core i3 or better, 8GB RAM minimum.
  • Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely without supervision.
