Operations Assistant – AECF Africa (Kisumu)
AECF is looking for a highly organized Operations Assistant to support its Director of Operations and Finance (DOF). This role is ideal for individuals experienced in business operations, data analysis, and administrative support.
The Role
The Operations Assistant will work closely with the DOF to develop efficient operational strategies and provide administrative support. This position requires sharp analytical skills, confidentiality, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing strategies that enhance productivity across AECF’s business functions.
- Conduct trend research and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor service level agreements for improved turnaround times.
- Collect daily updates from countries of operation on PESTEL factors.
- Schedule meetings and track follow-ups with team members.
- Maintain compliance calendars and provide day-to-day admin support to the DOF.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, ICT, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a related role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Swahili (French is an added advantage).
