Receptionist – Entry Level (Kisumu)
We are looking to hire a well-presented and organized individual for the position of Receptionist based in Kisumu. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who enjoy front desk work, communication, and administrative support duties.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Call Management: Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Visitor Reception: Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
- Information Resource: Maintain awareness of company operations to handle inquiries.
- Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and coordinate outgoing deliveries.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Keep reception space clean and welcoming.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, photocopying, filing, and scanning.
- Office Supplies Monitoring: Track and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Departmental Assistance: Support other departments with admin and scheduling tasks.
- Other Duties: Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience Level
Entry Level – No prior professional experience required, but any administrative or front office exposure is an added advantage.
