We are seeking a responsible, well-groomed, and articulate individual to join our team as an Office Cleaner & Reception Support. This role combines cleaning duties with light administrative and reception work, providing a clean and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of all office spaces and common floor areas.
  • Clean and sanitize two restrooms daily.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with reception tasks as guided (e.g., greeting visitors, answering calls).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the admin or directors.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write in good English.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., email, simple data entry).
  • Must be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Prior experience in cleaning or reception work is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
