We are looking for a proactive, engaging, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Client & Recruitment Support Assistant in Kisumu. This hybrid role involves reception support, client relations, and candidate sourcing.
Key Duties
- Support the reception desk by welcoming candidates and clients, explaining assessments, and assisting with admin tasks.
- Prospect for business and partnership opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships and understand their hiring needs.
- Source candidates using various methods to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications.
- Develop job postings, descriptions, and perform reference checks as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree (preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Social Sciences).
- Must be engaging, friendly, energetic, and bubbly.
- Experience in sales or customer service is essential.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
