Pension Assistant II – Kisumu Office

Location: Kisumu, Kenya

Job Type: Full-time, Clerical Support

Job Purpose

This role provides administrative and clerical support in the management of Pension Scheme operations at the Kisumu office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clerical activities in the secretariat
  • Receiving and verifying pension claims
  • Maintaining benefit and member records
  • Assisting in vote book, ledgers, and cashbook preparation
  • Tracking new members and ensuring nomination forms are filed
  • Cheque issuance and deposit support
  • Signing performance contract with the Trust Secretary

Minimum Requirements

  • KCSE mean grade of C- (Minus)
  • Certificate in Records Management or Accounting
  • Certificate in computer applications
  • Must meet Chapter 6 requirements of the Constitution
