Pension Assistant II – Kisumu Office
Location: Kisumu, Kenya
Job Type: Full-time, Clerical Support
Job Purpose
This role provides administrative and clerical support in the management of Pension Scheme operations at the Kisumu office.
Key Responsibilities
- Clerical activities in the secretariat
- Receiving and verifying pension claims
- Maintaining benefit and member records
- Assisting in vote book, ledgers, and cashbook preparation
- Tracking new members and ensuring nomination forms are filed
- Cheque issuance and deposit support
- Signing performance contract with the Trust Secretary
Minimum Requirements
- KCSE mean grade of C- (Minus)
- Certificate in Records Management or Accounting
- Certificate in computer applications
- Must meet Chapter 6 requirements of the Constitution
