🎯 Job Purpose
The Field Sales Officer is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting schools in accessing tailored loan solutions. You’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships with school leaders and helping grow access to education in Kisumu.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools and educational institutions to promote loan products.
- Achieve disbursement targets while ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide continuous support.
- Conduct end-user verification and assist in the mortgage/security creation process.
- Cross-sell relevant products and services to schools.
- Support repayment efforts by managing overdue accounts and ensuring loan portfolio quality.
- Collect and report data for social impact assessments.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales within Financial Services, Microfinance, Mortgages, Insurance, or Education.
